Welcome to Theodore!

Bilton Silver are delighted to welcome the latest addition to the band family, born to 2nd Baritone player Alex and husband Phil.

Theodore Maxwell Gillott-Wilson arrived safely on the 20th January weighing 7lb 7oz and having played through the Christmas Concerts, Alex had to step out of playing in the Midlands Area Contest awaiting the imminent arrival. However, she has been keen to bring him to the band room to meet everyone and can’t wait to return to rehearsals and be back on her seat on the baritone section soon; obviously without baby! No worries with a babysitter as Alex’s Mum, Nanna Jane is ready and waiting.

Alex has been in the band for many years, since joining the Training Band at the age of 13 and coming through the ranks into senior band. In recent years, she has been a regular helper at Training Band rehearsals, always willing to help others, in true Alex style. She is sure to encourage Theodore to follow in her footsteps and we look forward to welcoming him into Training Band… one day!
