Bilton Silver is proud to announce the 2013 Grand Prize draw which gives you the chance to win your very own concert by one of the Midlands’ top brass bands and the 2012 Midlands Area Champions. The draw is a once-in-a-lifetime chance to win a special concert on your behalf by the 25‐strong prize‐winning brass band, including music to suit your tastes and award-winning soloists to impress your guests.
Whether you would like a prestigious concert in your name, to dedicate an event to a loved one, raise funds for your charity or community group, promote a business or group, or as a unique wedding surprise, this is an opportunity not to be missed.
The draw is strictly limited to the sale of 100 tickets priced at £10 each. The winner will be drawn from random once all tickets are sold, but no later than 30th March 2013.

Prize Draw conditions:Show/Hide
- A maximum of Annual Prize Draw 100 tickets will be sold .
- The winner will be drawn at random following the sale of all tickets, but no later than 30/03/13.
- The winner will be notified via email, telephone. Winner details will be posted on the Band‘s website: www.biltonsilver.co.uk
- Winner is entitled to one concert by the Bilton Silver (Rugby) Band – the concert ‘theme’ and location will be agreed with the winner.
- Maximum concert duration is approx. 2 hours (a shorter concert can be agreed, subject to winner preferences).
- If the concert is held at a location other than a traditional venue (a garden party for example) the winner is responsible for providing ample seating for the band.
- Music programme will be agreed with the winner and sourced from the band’s music library.
- Bilton Band is responsible for its own travel, advertising and venue costs, in line with the following limitations: I. Venue costs over and above £250 to be covered either by winner or ticket costs. II. For venues located outside a 20 mile radius of Rugby, the winner may be required to cover travel costs for the band. III. Bilton Silver (Rugby) Band will provide suitable advertising, including posters and website articles -- content (theme, occasion, etc.) to be agreed with the winner. Any additional advertising costs (that the winner requests) will be the responsibility of the winner.
- Venue to be agreed between the winner and Bilton Silver (Rugby) Band, subject to venue availability.
- Bilton Silver (Rugby) Band will act as promoter for the concert, with responsibility for management of all monies, including transfers to the winner’s designated charity.
- Any ticket revenue from the concert to be donated to the winner’s chosen charitable organisation or worthy cause (this does not include revenue from the Bilton Silver (Rugby) Band Grand Prize Draw).
- Concert date is subject to the Band’s availability
- This prize expires on December 31st, 2013.
