Ben and Leo blow their own trumpets!

Bilton Silver Training Band are proud to announce that two of their young members are celebrating success in the recent school application process with the offer of Music Scholarships to their first choice of schools in September 2016.

The two cornet/trumpet players auditioned against tough competition and were both awarded Music Scholarships, Ben Murray to Princethorpe College and Leo Dakin to Rugby School.

Both have been members of Bilton Silver Training Band since an early age and have progressed through the ranks through hard work and determination. Ben has recently achieved his Gold BAT Award and Leo his Silver BAT Award and both are currently extending their experience during rehearsals with Bilton Silver senior band as part of the Bilton Silver Academy4Youth programme.

Congratulations to them both and wishing them every success in their new schools.
